The only male costumes that will happen are in the unisex packs. I doubt they'd go down the all male fighter pack route again. If they do I'll be surprised, but they've only done it once out of the entire release of DOA5/U. So chances are slim, and I also have a feeling that the Halloween pack this year will be the final costume pack for 5U. Of course it's just a feeling, I could be wrong.

I don't seem to ever recall Tina getting that costume or a female version of it.
If you're talking about her shiny red/white rockstar outfit, it was a unplayable costume featured in her DOA4 ending that only became playable in DOA5 and no, they don't even look alike apart from the color motif.
