Daidouji is pure brute force. From that point of view, Rachel fits her. On the other hand, Miyabi seems to have a coursed arm with demonish power. That could fit Rachel as well. But Shiki is the one from all SK girls that looks very close to Rachel, so cosplay her using Rachel it could be easy.

Again I don't see any of these working.
Other than "has white hair" miyabi doesn't match up with Christie at all, plus that outfit isn't Christies style and would be a clipping nightmare with her stances.
I see Christie getting Hikage, if fits her to a T, IMO.
Rachel...doesn't fit Daidoji beyond "is tall". It'd be so awkwardly out of place for her. I see Rachel getting Shiki, which suits her almost perfectly. Rachel's the sultry femme fatale black leather type like shiki, not the mannish brute type like daidouji. Neither in personality nor taste in outfits.
Mila.....in a kimono? What?! Nah give Daidoujis outfit to Mila. The tomboys outfit for the tomboy
Otherwise I wouldn't mind the rest of your predictions.

Its funny when you say things like this, Yozakura is pretty tomboyish and she's a fist fighter it just makes so much sense for Mila, in my opinion Mila would look great in a kimono. I disagree on that. Rachel is brute force. She's like Leon, but without the grappling part. Everybody that played Rachel in NG series understands that she is like a tank. Slower than Hayabusa but stronger. Why should she fight with a giant hammer if not? And in DOA, is even more obvious if you compare her to the other girls. Rachel is the heavy tank girl of DOA. Is just an opinion. I don't want to change the subject of this topic.
But yeah, I'm ready to see Rachel as Shiki. It's the most obvious cosplay for her. A pitty.. That hat, and that heart pin... U___U
At least i hope she wears Shiki's scythe.

Yeah, Yozakura doesn't fit Mila at all, it was more of a joke, her as Daidouji though, I'd like to see that. You have a pretty good point on Christie being Hikage instead, both personality and outfit would fit, kinda overlooked that lol. Yomi's outfit should look really nice in DoA. whoever gets that is lucky, Hitomi maybe but something tells me no. No one really matches Yomi well. Yeah it looks really weird imagining them in costumes meant literally for cantaloupes.

Also I actually originally wanted Hikage or Miyabi for Mila, but I recognize that Hikage works for Christie more, and Miyabi doesn't have pants so I'm favoring the daidouji outfit lol.
I actually wouldn't mind mila getting those Big O pile bunker gauntlets but its the kimono that doesn't work.
Yomi looks vaguely Germanic in her outfit, which is why I said hitomi.
On Rachel, when in comparison to the ninjas and Christie, sure. But in comparison to actual power characters like Leon or her predecessor nicole, she doesn't even come close to being a heavy hitter. She's just less waif fu than the other girls lol. Id put her at an overall middle weight like Tina and Mila and Nyo, in that they seem like heavy hitters compared to the dainty slaps and pokes of the other females, but they aren't really hitting all that hard like the real power characters, Leon, Nicole, Bass, and arguably Bayman.
But yes no to derailing, and yes I expect Shiki. Though on the other hand Helena shows choices will be random, and Shiki may be TOO close to Rachel's c1.

Helena got a decent choice. I'm not found of the design, but Helena's role in DOA suits Hasuka's personality the most. Lisa would have been the second best option... well now I wonder what she will get. Hopefully not Suzune's.

I realllly think we shouldn't be basing costume choices on the SK girls personalities.
They don't match up that way at all.
That's why I'm trying to go, instead, by which DOA girls the outfits actually fit. Yomi as hitomi because the outfit is vaguely Germanic, mirai as Marie rose because gothloli, Hikage as christie because of the overall snake motif patterns plus tight clothes and minor details like bare shoulder and unzipped pants suit Christies sultry type, daidoji as mila because of the rough brawlee bancho look suiting the ground and pound tomboy of the cast, shiki as Rachel because Its the demonic vamp (both meanings) with Rachel looking best in black leather straps, as with her whole dominatrix c1, etc etc.
With that in mind, pink swimsuit and lab coat doesn't fit Helena at ALL, and even the "personalities" reason is stretching it, since Helena is a caring oujo, while hanako is instead a deceptive seductress. Neither the costume nor the character match up to Helena, making it come across as completely random and not boding well for the rest of the matchups.

Real problem in my opinion is Lisa. There isn't an "exotic" beauty, or even a girl who likes "rhythm".

Yomi: raised in an under privileged area, judgmental of wealthy people. She loves to cook and prepares dinner for her teammates every day.
Hikage: Emotionally numb, and expressionless
Ikaruga: studious, very intelligent and discipline.
Katsuragi: perverse, confident, outgoing, funny
Murasaki: extremely insecure about her face, split personality (tough and mean vs anxious and nervous)
Yumi: cold, very serious, confident. leader of her squad
Homura: Intense, tomboyish

Well Miyabi's costume would look good on Mila (green dress/red hair) and Yozakura for Momiji maybe.
But I don't see someone for Imu. Could be anyone. Only real stalker we have is Lei Fang.
Yozakura would actually look great on momiji especially with her new bowlcut
Knowing TN Lei fang will get Shiki or something rediculously revealing lol
