i say take this

and replace the glasses with a face mask, and tint the eye lenses to some really bright color. if they did that i would never ask for another Bayman costume probably.

@UpSideDownGRUNT With the exception of Hitomi's DOA4 C5/DOAD C5 (I know that it's a popular one, but I'm not really fond of it) I love all the outfits that you posted ;)

This outfit is always seemed to me a little strange, but many fans from the times of DoA2 wish it. Anyway I feel that I would love it with the new graphic of DoA5U :)

I don't think so, on the opposite I've seen many requests for this outfit that maybe could be just the most requested one for Ayane.

Yeah I'm not fond of Hitomi's C5 either which is why I explained that I personally preferred C4 the blue version but hey gotta cater for everyone right?

And I didn't know C8 got so many requests I always thought her DOA3 C1 was the most requested one lol

Well, usually all the Ayane fans love her DoA3 C1 and say that they would wish to see it back in the series, anyway on twitter and Facebook I've seen many times requests of her C8.

I can't say what is the most requested outfit for Ayane but, without a particular order, from what I was able to see her top 4 requested outfits should be:

Oh I see, I agree with all of them except maybe her NGS2 costume idk what it is but that's probably my least favourite Ayane costume I still like it but there's something about it that just doesn't go down very well me.

But if I had to guess I'd assume that the DOA3 C1 or her NGS2 costume would get in, if not both eventually.

I think if you guys want another pack of legacy costumes, we should all agree on one specific costume per character, to encourage TN to do so. That would help them a lot to decide, just like it was so obvious with all these requests for Greek Goddess Helena and Classic Maskless Ryu.
I remember reading a tweet from Shimbori this summer, stating that "we should all agree on one costume", and that's how we got Helena's greek dress this month.

Okay, so... I don't know about the other characters because they have tons of beautiful costumes, but I think we can all agree that Gen Fu needs this!

You are perfectly right about the unique choice, the fact is that like you said some characters have really tons of beautiful/favourite old costumes still missing (i.e Ayane or Zack). With Ryu and Helena the choice was easy because the throwback was his most iconic outfit since the times of DoA2 (maybe TN thought wrongly that his new black Legendary Falcon had overcomed the popularity of his old main one), and also if Helena had and has various requested outfits (from his "gold cleavage outfit" :p to her arabian one) in general the majority of her fans agreed that the Greek dress was definitelty the top one to get back.

Said this I think that Gen Fu should be another Ryu's & Helena's case: I love all the unique Gen Fu outfits in the series (from the comunist one in DoA2, to the casual one in DoA5), but the Blue Yin Yang one is very likely what is considered to be the most elegant and beautiful from who like the "old fart" XD

I agree, but according to me Leifang's Black Leather and Kung Fu outfit and Ayane's Black and White are still recognizable also with these changes. Tina's Wrestling outfit (the front part) instead was completely changed from its original design...

(IDC what any one says this outfit is classy. Look at this dude he looks like he'll kick somebody's ass at the party and get all the ladies. I wouldn't mind that hairstyle comin back either.)
