What recovery (in frames) makes a move "safe" in DOA5?

***Safe against catchers

safe against hit : -11 (at -12 you will get punished by jabs)
safe against high throw : -4 (at -7, you won't be able to break the throw, it means you'll get punished)
safe against low throw : -4 (at -5 you'll get punished)

***Safe against Alpha 152

Safe against hit : -10 (at -11 you will get punished by jabs)
Safe against high throw : -6 (at -11, you won't be able to break the throw anymore, you'll get punished)
Safe against low throw : -3 (at -4, you'll get punished by her unbreakable low throw)

***Safe against other characters

Safe against hit : -10 (at -11, you get punished by jabs)
Safe against high throw : -7 (at -8, you won't be able to break the throw anymore)
