I would expect him to stay japanese since he's technically not human it could be considered an "Animal noise" lol.

Besides, Bass' VA was different from DOAD and it's arguably law that it's the best English voice in the game.

He spoke English in DOAD and it was truly an abomination. Absolutely horrid, disgusting, and unacceptable. Part of what makes Tengu so awesome is his Japanese voice.
