Oh, it's about what we think will likely happen? Not, what we would like?
Then my answer is:
Nuthin'! Pretty sure Phase 4 is the last character and Loreley (DOA3 version) is the last stage we'll get. I also think, that there will be some more DLC for Marie coming in, but then it will completely stop. They probably want to eventually give DOA5 a rest to concentrate on DOA6. It's actually a wonder, they've provided us for so long with DLC.

I don't think so, the words of the last interview of Shimbori (where were mentioned new characters for the future) and the disposition of the DLC icons characters (the same that the site got during the pre-release time of DoA5:Ultimate) make think that we will end to get really 5 new additions in the Arcade.

In addition, now that we know that the "New characters" wasn't a typo in the DoA5U:Arcade site, it would be logical to expect the same also for the "New Stages"

About DoA6, I remember that according to the words of Mr.Wah DoA5 was in working for 4-5 years before the effective release, so should be logical to think that Team Ninja is already working to their future titles while they are also releasing DLC outfits.

It wouldn't be fair to bring back Tengu and I don't get Raidou back. Why should Tengu get to come back and I don't get my favorite boss character back? That's why I'd rather Team Ninja just keep introducing NEW characters instead of bringing back old characters in the main series. Leon and Ein were exceptions because they play differently from Bayman and Hitomi.

Lisa can bring him to life. Tengu can have a small role in the Story Mode, being Rachel's nemesis or Donovan's beast. As much as I love biographies in DOA, Story Mode or status should not define the roster and individualities of a fighting game.

Tengu is unique, he feels unique, he represents some part of the soul of DOA2 - my favourite game - so that's why people want him back. Raidou can come back too, but his moveset was not as unique as Tengu's. I wouldn't mind Genra if he had a proper moveset - same problem with Rachel in DOA5U, they feel a bit incomplete and expedited*.

*is "expedited" a good word ?

I'm stuck between Irene and Tengu for the character choice. As for the stage, it's hard to pick between Freedom Survivor and Aerial Gardens.

DOATEC HK from DOA3
Finally, someone actually says the name correctly. I don't know why people keep saying "DOATEC tower" when it's clearly not what the name is lol

Look, sometimes we lose characters and we just have to accept that fact. Tengu has had his time to shine in multiple DOA games. Why not let Team Ninja focus on bringing new and exciting fighting styles to the series in the form of new characters?

Tengu is dead, but then he just magically comes back to life for DOA5U? Yeah, that makes a tons load of sense.

actually it does fiends are extremely difficult to kill completely so much so that you often have to kill them multiple times Tengu reviving from hell is pretty normal in NG all he has to do is escape it and bam hes returned.

but that's not i was talking about. you were saying Leon and Ein get passes for having altered move sets, as in similar but not quite. so if we hypothetically speaking, we had a character with a similar move set to Tengu you would be just fine with him him coming back apparently.

you have yet to make a single good argument in your favor regarding this issue, that's quite an impressive feat when you remember the "broken clock" theory.

honestly at this point i dont even want Tengu but poor logic frustrates me to no end

He'd be a bonus character who can be in the game to please the Tengu fans. Just like how Rachel, Momiji, Jacky, Ein, and Leon are in DOA5U who weren't even plot related in this game, why can't Tengu join the cast again? Let people have what they want without shooting it down every time. It's quite annoying seeing you starting a one man protest over Tengu not returning every time people mention his name over and over again .

So whenever you guys post about wanting Tengu, I'll post about wanting Raidou back and nobody will have a problem right? Let's just make that perfectly clear. But yes, I feel Tengu belongs in the past. I don't want DOA to get too supernatural, even though we already have ninjas and weird science experiments roaming the streets.

It wouldn't be fair to bring back Tengu and I don't get Raidou back.

And the DoA fans of Tengu what have to do with it?

Why should Tengu get to come back and I don't get my favorite boss character back?

And the DoA fans of Tengu what have to do with it?

That's why I'd rather Team Ninja just keep introducing NEW characters instead of bringing back old characters in the main series.

Personally me and other people have a different taste about, by the way this is a subjective opinion.

Leon and Ein were exceptions because they play differently from Bayman and Hitomi

And like I said more times, how this can be seen a point in favor of you when Tengu own a style more unique than Leon and Ein compared with Bayman and Hitomi? (that like you said are different in the end).

Look, sometimes we lose characters and we just have to accept that fact. Tengu has had his time to shine in multiple DOA games.

If Team Ninja will decide to not include him, you can be sure that I will accept this continuing to play the game that I love. By the way, until there is an hope for asking for his return, I will continue to request him because I like him and in addition I think that he could complete the game introducing all the past styles in 5U; I don't think that other reasons are necessary.

Why not let Team Ninja focus on bringing new and exciting fighting styles to the series in the form of new characters?

Evidently the Tengu-Do it's not a style that you like or find exciting. No problem with this, but why you talk also for me? Maybe I love so much that style and that character to prefer their return over new ones.

So whenever you guys post about wanting Tengu, I'll post about wanting Raidou back and nobody will have a problem right? Let's just make that perfectly clear.

Last time that I checked the community wasn't separated between fans of Tengu and fans of Raidou (on the opposite almost everyone that like Tengu end to like even Raidou). But overall why I should have problems with what you want? If you wish for Raidou, ask for him how much you want, create contests, post pictures and messages on Team Ninja's FB and Twitter accounts.

If there is a problem is the opposite behavior, when someone act against the legitimate requests of other people.

But yes, I feel Tengu belongs in the past. I don't want DOA to get too supernatural, even though we already have ninjas and weird science experiments roaming the streets.

Finally you expressed a valid reason for not getting Tengu, valid because hasn't the claim to appear objective when there aren't reasons for it (like the fact that the character is dead) but instead it's completely subjective. You have all the right to not want him because for any reasons Tengu doesn't meet your preferences, and I have nothing to say about it.

But at the same time, like I accept the fact that you don't like the character and not ask for him, you should accept the fact (read: "don't complain everytime that someone talk about Tengu") that me and other people are fond of the character and ask for him.

I've already suggested that I'd be okay with Tengu being a bonus character, but under certain conditions.

1. Select "Survival" Mode.
2. Play on the special "Tengu" level, a ninth level added to the game.
3. Play as Kokoro (and only Kokoro)

This survival mode has 500 opponents. If you manage to win the 500 wins, you unlock Tengu. All of his attacks, combos, etc. are there, but they all only do 1/2 damage.

Yes, I know, that would turn him into Dan from Street Fighter (the greatest warrior ever). I think the Tengu police should have to jump through the hoops for that.

He has a point. Look at what happened with Mortal Kombat when they tried to bring Motaro back from MK. Motaro was an amazing character in MK3, but then they made him a total loser by taking away two of his legs. It just wasn't the same.

Go ahead. I doubt many would seriously argue with you against Raidou's return, so long as you afford those in support of Tengu the same courtesy. I mean, really, you make it seem like people have to choose one over the other.

He's too wild for Donovan to keep on a leash. They'd bring him back to life and Donovan would be like "go exterminate my enemies, my beast (:<" and Tengu would be like "lol screw that *flies away*" and then Donovan would be all "dammit Lisa why didn't you hack his brain" and Lisa would be like "uhhh LET'S MOVE! *dances around the lab*" Could be a half decent although predictable story arc.

I'd be okay with Tengu,or at least support his return, if I had the option to ban him from my custom lobbies, so I don't have to deal with him. iI don't like the supernatural vibe be brings. I liked 3rd strike for allowing.met o ban up to 3 characters in lobbies.
