Actually there are two kind of bundle, one with the 3 characters with the basic outfits (so 4 for Marie Rose, 6 for Phase-4 and I believe 9 for Nyotengu) and another with the 3 characters, their basic outfits over mentioned and more the extra ones included in their debut packs.

The latter is the one with the price of 28,99$ as mentioned by @Split Infinity, the first one I believe should cost slighty more of 12,99$ (the price of the pack "Nyotengu + debut outfits")

@Leifang2000 : Like already said, Eliot's design is actually the winner of the first contest (Marie Rose's one ended to get the 2nd rank). And yes, he is wearing a scottish kilt (that it's a kind of clothes worn almost exclusively from men, contrarily to the women' skirt).

Here the original artwork created by the FSD user @Tyaren

Team Ninja used that awesome (IMO) edited picture of Kasumi and Phase-4 as not definitive cover of DoA5LR

It's possible that this could be an hint for an expanded story mode with an increased presence of Phase-4 (considering that, even if foreshadowed since the beginning, she is never appeared too much on the scene in the plot)?

I say this because TN in the announcement of DoA5LR promoted overall the presence of Marie Rose and Nyotengu, so it's strange to see the focus on Phase-4 in the cover (not that I'm not glad for it).

I didn't know, Team Ninja had such a cool German website! o__O

Actually I believe that this is a fansite managed from a Deutsch dedicated community of DoA, but not related with the developers of the game - at least not directly - just like FSD or DOAW.

Anyway yes, it's pretty cool and full of great promotional DoA pictures (in the past I found some of them only there and not in other websites or at least not with a such resolution). Anyway yes, it's pretty cool and with a rich gallery.

Alright, as promised, with the newest Phase Alpha, I'm back. Let's go over what I missed.

I wasn't all too happy with the DLC costumes recently, but Last Round made me very excited. There's the Fan-Made Costumes, DOATEC HK (which I TOTALLY CALLED), and the good ol' Danger Zone. Oh, how I missed you so much, Danger Zone.

Now for a bad part: I will be less active with DOA5U because of this. In fact, I'm going to stop playing 5U and wait for Last Round. This means I will not be buying Nyotengu. I will instead be buying this on the Xbox One, so as to save space for my hard drive.

I do like the business model they have for this, with a digital upgrade as opposed to a retail game. It makes things a lot easier to buy for those who already have it. But, again, I will buy the game all over again so as to save space on my hard drive.

Facebook DOA5LR announcement: DEAD OR ALIVE 5 Last Round will be available at the price of $39.99 MSRP for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One (physical and digital) and $29.99 MSRP for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 (digital only).

$40 for the PS4 port? Not bad at all. If each character gets a fan outfit (and going off pricing for the 2 casual packs and 1 legendary pack) it would have most likely cost around $30-$35 anyway.

I still think there's a chance we will see 1 more character though. ;)
