So my friends reminded me about the PSN website. I always forget about it, but I successfully purchased Nyotengu! Just her, not her debut costumes, because it wouldn't be fair, since I didn't purchase Marie Rose or Phase 4's debut costumes. I was going to get the bundle, since it came with the costumes, but I decided it wasn't worth it at this time.

The bundle comes with the characters + their debut costumes. The costumes they've received as DLC after their release is not included.

It's actually a scottish kilt (these are worn by scottish men) and the Eliot cost is actually the Winner from the 1st costume contest

Actually there are two kind of bundle, one with the 3 characters with the basic outfits (so 4 for Marie Rose, 6 for Phase-4 and I believe 9 for Nyotengu) and another with the 3 characters, their basic outfits over mentioned and more the extra ones included in their debut packs.

The latter is the one with the price of 28,99$ as mentioned by @Split Infinity, the first one I believe should cost slighty more of 12,99$ (the price of the pack "Nyotengu + debut outfits")

@Leifang2000 : Like already said, Eliot's design is actually the winner of the first contest (Marie Rose's one ended to get the 2nd rank). And yes, he is wearing a scottish kilt (that it's a kind of clothes worn almost exclusively from men, contrarily to the women' skirt).

@Leifang2000 is Japanese Chinese, so it's understandable for him/her to not know about it. Some people here talked of the actual formal casual DLC outfit of Hayate as a "Sushi outfit", and this is basically the same mistake...

LF2K learned the word "kilt" a few minutes ago.

BTW, in Chinese, kilt is known as "Scottish skirt".
So the word skirt is still written at the end of it when written in Chinese.
