Well actually Russian is right, Hayate already implement in his style moves from the Karate (even if the ninjutsu is definitely more evident)

At the most she could be Bi and now the choice is between Hayate and Leifang: decisions, decisions... :p

Under the tutelage of the 2 leaders Ayane and Hayate she could learn the techniques of both the Sects of the village: Hitomi could become the definitive Mugen Tenshin shinobi! XD

I was for writing something about the argument, but then I reminded that neither him or Ayane seemed shocked or amazed to realize that it could be something between Ryu and an American woman...

By the way Hitomi is not properly a 'random girl': she presumably saved Hayate's life and definitely was the first cause that allowed him to make return to the village, in the process bringing back to the clan their legit leader (and even giving to the girl a "warrior" value, in the canon she is on par with Ayane using only taijutsu): I believe that for Hitomi could be done an exception if needed.

I see the things differently: Hayate was expressing his curiosity in a standard human way, Ayane through her classic tsundere mode XD (at least in DoA:D, in her last line in RE Ayane seems annoyed but I believe more for Irene assuming an attitude of superiority on her, not specifically for her relationship with Ryu).

Just hoping that sooner or later he will remember it for resolving Kasumi's case: the Hayate from the new canon seems much more worried for her sister and eager to bring back her to the village compared to the old one (at least from what we have seen 'on scene' in DoA3 and 4), so maybe he will do something similar in future (but I think that Ayame basically already foreshadowed something of this kind with her scene in DoA:D).

not really, shes perfectly calm prior to Irene breinging up her and Ryu's relationship up again.

i really dont think its a sign Ayane has the hots for Ryu though. i think she doesn't like someone "taking" one of the few people she considers a friend.

You're right, I remembered bad that scene: Irene says to Ayane to know Ryu better than her just in answer to Ayane's "raging" line (and not before).

In this case I agree with you, very likely Ayane's answer is dictated from a sort of jealousy for Irene, but that kind of feeling similar to the one that it's possible to feel for the girlfriend of a brother/friend (just for making a comparison, of course I know that the relationship of Ayane with Ryu is similar but not exactly this one).

The frustration will be there regardless, might not be the case for everyone, but for a lot of people online will always find its' way under peoples skin (If they have any competitive nature in them then it almost always guarantees rage will leak out.) I should know.

I don't have all the voice clips as individual files. Each character has one track on the CD that just plays all of their voice clips one after another.
