Does anyone know what Eliot's 4K change was? Just that one move translated nothing else please help the poor kid out. XD
4K causes critical damage (13~21) on counter hit and up. That's what I think it means. Is anyone familiar with the "Cr" abbreviation, because I've never seen it. Since there is no F tacked on, I can only assume that the 13~21 is either points of damage or threshold points.Does anyone know what Eliot's 4K change was? No, Cr(13-21) means the critical stun is 13-21 frames dependent on Stagger Escape speed.
So most likely it means on counter hit his 4K puts them into a Cr(13-21) stun.
That does make sense. I got kind of confused because when it was listed for Akira, the larger number was put first and then for Eliot the smaller number was put first, so I wasn't sure what they were talking about anymore. No, Cr(13-21) means the critical stun is 13-21 frames dependent on Stagger Escape speed.

I dunno, man. He is technically a fictional character. If he were real, it might be possible...Can you do Ein?
