Does anyone know what Eliot's 4K change was? Just that one move translated nothing else please help the poor kid out. XD
4K causes critical damage (13~21) on counter hit and up. That's what I think it means. Is anyone familiar with the "Cr" abbreviation, because I've never seen it. Since there is no F tacked on, I can only assume that the 13~21 is either points of damage or threshold points.

No, Cr(13-21) means the critical stun is 13-21 frames dependent on Stagger Escape speed.

So most likely it means on counter hit his 4K puts them into a Cr(13-21) stun.

That does make sense. I got kind of confused because when it was listed for Akira, the larger number was put first and then for Eliot the smaller number was put first, so I wasn't sure what they were talking about anymore.

Okay, so I'll try to knock out Brad and Hayate and I'll update Bass' as well.

Eliot's 4K will actually be really useful now. In 5U it was just an awkward i16 mid tracking kick that pushed opponents back. Somewhat decent move before but now that it stuns on counter hit I'm going to be using it a lot more. ;)

So with Kasumi, When she does moves like 7k, 66pp, etc into her teleports, you can just press 6 instead of 6P+K to do them now? Wow that's pretty easy. :)
