Calling it right now, he's going to be wearing a diaper and have angel wings and a halo (reused from Hayate and Kasumi, respectively) with a bow and heart-fletched arrows for the Valentine's Day set.
Also, I bought the new set before I realized that a new costume pass was out. Well there's $19 I'll never see again. Anyway, at least Kasumi is tied for the most costumes again, at least until Costume Pass 4 when Ayane gets a new one.

Wow, I wasn't totally expecting a DLC pack from the fans, this was a truly unexpected and nice surprise from Team NINJA and surely the best Christmas pack so far!

An additional nice thing to notice is that with the current fan designs pack, Tatsunoko's one very likely owning outfits for Male characters judging from the promotional picture, Cupid pack including 34 costumes and the 30 ones from the new Mash-up set for March (all the DoA characters less than the VF ones), all the packs in this Season Pass will feature outfits for male characters too.
(Also Alpha-152 seems fated to get at least 1 new outfit from the Cupid pack (the 30th one from the Mash-up is very likely for the new March character... but I will believe it only when I see it xD).

Yeah, this new character better be suuuuuuuper impressive if it's another female one. But, TN hasn't done very much to gain back what little trust I had in them. I'll keep my expectations low.
