Well, I met Hayashi himself at GC 2013, but for this time, I don't know if he will be there.
@Topic: Well, what do you think guys? Since we have over 40 outfits for some characters, don't you think that TN should change the timer in the selection screen?

I actually brought that up before, and dear GOD yes. Especially since 5-10 seconds are eaten up by lag in online lobbies so there's barely any time to scroll through costumes, and NO time to change your mind.
alternately, they could make costume selection into a grid selection like the actual character select, so you don't waste time scrolling.

I'd be happy if they just hid the costumes you didn't buy from the select like it does in the win pose viewer. Much less annoying that way.
Now, if you actually bought all of the costumes (those poor, unfortunate souls), then...I guess timer increase would be the only option.

Luckily I don't deal with that because
A. Ein doesn't have much costumes period which is the perks of being a male character that isn't Hayabusa or Hayate.

B. His best ones are largely his defaults anyway lol
There should be a short-cut implemented though either make specific costume slots be mapped by a certain button combination or maybe a way you can 'favorite' specific outfits you would actually wear so you don't have to waste time scrolling through filler. You know some common sense implementations some fighter did so you can cut down the time in the character select.

I think they do that to try to get people to buy them the same way stores put all sorts of shit right at the cash register to try to tempt you into buying it.
Edit- scratch that I KNOW it's why they do it considering the dlc ad you can't get rid of that takes up half the main menu

Without surprise, no graphics improvement, nor fireworks light effects. Still, the stage seems nice and interactive. That's a good thing to add a power blow special interaction, I find them always fun

They may all be color swaps (except Marie Rose), but they are all really nice. They are tasteful and cute. I love the mesh design and I am super happy with Honoka's and Lisa's. I am kinda of a suckered for the swimsuits with shorts and skirts. Haha. Also Phase -4 with the hooded jacket (like the one of Mila's two packs ago) is perfect for her.
Should be noted that none of the girls are trying to use a necklace as a top used to cover their nipples and none of them are wearing open shirts without some sort of bra and/or top underneath. These swimsuits don't defy the laws of gravity.
All in all I am happy.
