why "so early"? It's a port with minor graphically upgrades. The rest is basically DLC, especially when TN already announced an upgrade patch for the current versions... That's something you can do in a few months. And no one knows how long TN was already working on that port.

Yes, but you/we are the minority, just like every (hardcore) fighting game fan. A COD selling millions of copies within a few months, if not weeks, pretty much proofs that everytime.

I think it has more to do with all the AAA stuff coming out. Halo MCC, Sunset Overdrive, Driveclub, FOrza Horizon 2, COD: AW, etc. A third version with a few updates wouldn't stand a chance against these games when most gamers actually wanna spend their hard earned money, especially before...
