Just tried out the Tekken 8 demo. The game looks astoundingly gorgeous on PS5. I wish there were more characters that I could sample. Excited for a current gen 3D fighter.
E3 is permanently cancelled now. Sucks. I've got decent memories of the show from the 2010's. Kevin Butler making an appearance one year was my favourite moment.
New Kojima game to look out for: Overdose! Can always go for a little Kojima eccentricity.
I just purchased Tales of Berseria on Steam for $6.49 CAD. Looking forward to doing another playthrough of this game on the go. Solid Tales game!

Just finished Spider-man 2. Arguably the best cinematic third-person action-adventure game I've ever played. Insomniac really outdone themselves with this game and have risen the bar for future cinematic third-person action-adventure games.
Be wary of using converters such as Brooks on the Xbox X|S starting in November:
Microsoft will be trying to weed out unauthorized 3rd party accessories. Something like Hori should be fine though.
Still feels weird that DOA6 is free online on Xbox X|S but not PS4/PS5. It's annoying when I can't play a buddy that's on PS4. I refuse to pay $95 CAD for PS+ Essential just to play a game online.

Feels surreal that Microsoft actually bought Activision-Blizzard-King. Quite fitting that it would happen on October, Friday the 13th of all days.
Any thoughts on the PS5 slim? I like that it's smaller (and slimmer), though not cool that Sony hasn't reduced the price on either unit. The digital PS5 looks better now, the disc drive on the disc PS5 looks like even more of an eyesore now. Creates a large bulge.
For anyone that plays on Xbox X|S, the new dashboard update is awesome. Feels pretty slick now!
