    It was released in North America in January 2017. It's a 2017 title. The Last Guardian, another PS4 exclusive title, released in December 2016, so that game is less than 10 months old too.

    i think my ps4 is having problems loading. I just kicked Honoka into the transition of Azuchi, and the game stopped a few momments to load

    If the characters ended up clipping through the ground for a few seconds after the transition (that didn't occur), then it happened to me too.

    After playing the DOA 5 story mode for like, the 5th time or something, i can see some really neat stuff that happened.

    One thing i noticed only after paying attention at the timeline display, is that Ryu fight with Lisa is what causes that destruction in Tokio, and is right after that that Lisa (probably just after fighting ryu), stumbles on Kokoro.

    I also like that Tina, Bass and Eliot had legit character development. The other funny thing is how Ayane is using casual clothing on the chopper, but once she lands, she is back to her ninja gear, wonder if she does a lot of intel gathering dressed casually to blend in.

    I played it like... 4 times already, and while it is not the best, it is enjoyable in a lot of aspects, the main one is that you get to try a lot of characters (looking at you Tekken 7), and that the game shows the timeline of events.

    @Camel with 2 thumbs yeah, i used to go on different sessions, like, i went to do something else, and at the end, i was tired of redoing act VI over and over and dying at the final boss, so i did savestate to 6-3 at one point.

    @deathofaninja Oh, that is nice to know, i do have plans for a doa/ng retrospective, but that will take a while to do.

    Just as there are people of Asian ancestry who look Asian born in the West, there can be Caucasians who look "western" that are born in Asia. It's a very meaningless distinction.

    I know, i was more impressed with vigoor being in Asia than anything. I agree that is a meaningless distinction in general.

    The problems started with people that thought they were too good for the others, or people that just wanted to fuck around, which i was being able to take somewhat well, but i had to stop with the lobbies for a time period because of internet issues.

    Now, no one appears on the lobbies anymore, it has been very frustrating. There is no way i could build an offline scene where i live, since i'm the only person on this state that is interested in that kind of games, and building a national online scene that would provide a place for players to grow is now a lost hope.

    If i could find a sparring partner or 2 just to keep playing and improving i would be so happy, but that seems not to be the case.

    Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword is surprisingly fun! And even thought it has a really weird control scheme, it works well and feels like NG...

    yep. back when I had an interest in art (not anymore ayy). one of my teachers found my artbook and looked through it.
    most of it was anime grill weeb stuff, and i don't remember what exactly i drew, but it was like an animu mummy girl wearing the bandages and the teacher just slammed the book shut.

    Omg same! I just can't do first-person games, idk what it is. I've always preferred third person and just any other genre that isn't first-person.

    I've also gotten the famous 'you're not a real gamer' cause I don't play first person. The characters in Overwatch seem so cool as well >.>
