yes its possible as long as you have an obj (or any format recognizable by blender) of the model. I have successfully done it with lollypop chainsaw and ff13 hair styles.

you will require a hair tmc with similar hair animation in order to have it animate.

this previous post of mine explains the weight transfer option

http://www.freestepdodge.com/threads/pc-community-mod-resources.5565/page-46#post-271613

however, manual painting may be required afterwards if the transfer wasn't perfect.

another thing to keep in mind is that with hair tmc, for some reason when adding a custom hair, it ends up floating high over the character in game, so you will need to move the obj in edit mode down to compensate.

Thanks a lot for your clear and helpful explanation ‼

this make possible to taking vertical pic..
but I don't know how to use that
and I saw your reply for this..

Don't recall replying about this. If you mean how my screenshots are vertical, they are just horizontal zoomed out, and cropped vertically in mspaint

I'm having a bit of a problem. I've decided to try out the TMC polygon tool to edit some meshes of my own but no matter what I do the game crashes when I go to choose the outfit. If I do a basic mesh swap it works fine but if I make even a single modification to the mesh in blender before exporting it back out the game crashes.
I'm importing and exporting using the tmc mesh plugins. The only difference is that when I use the sculpt tool or any other tool I've tried and export the mesh, the game crashes. Mind you, I'm not changing the mesh density or polygon count. The previews load in noesis without issue after using the polygon tools so I'm at a loss. Anyone know what causes this?

Polygone tool is very picky. The possibilities are limited. You won't be able to see your new costume in noesis, it's normal. Maybe you shouldn't modify the meshes in blender and only use polygone tools.

Thanks for the info. I was able to see it in noesis which is why it was so strange that it was crashing. I think I've figured it out. I believe the tmc I was using had become corrupted somehow. When I re-extracted it and tried again it worked without issue.

I have the same problem in some of my mods, i try to put first the body, later the part of the costume that have more size, and so on....
