Personally, I think Marie Rose is every bit as recognizable and well done as any other character in the game. I really like her. And I really hate how people throw out ludicrous exaggerations of how young she supposedly looks. IMO, anyone that claims she looks younger than mid-teens is simply an idiot troll trying to trash this game or entire series. There are dozens of these assclowns on Eventhubs and Shoryuken and it always pisses me off.
So how about Casual costume volumes 2 and 3 DLC? Can't go wrong with those

As I said before, that outfit looks much better on Marie Rose than it does on Mila, lol. Mila has the worst wardrobe IMO. Especially I'm using PS3's Updated-LR; my collection is so limited and what I use is only the barkeep costume and the checkered shirt. The only DLC i bought for her were the Bedtime, because it looks fresh on her, and the superhero bodysuit.

My main issue with MR and Honoka is that they were made just for pure japanese fan service.
However, even if MR is a generic loli, is a very original character in DOA cast. But honoka is just another girl with even bigger boobs.
And neither any of them is decent lol

1. A special collaboration costume for Marie Rose
The costume for Marie Rose is for use with DEAD OR ALIVE 5 Last Round for the PlayStation®4 system (it will be given at the beginning of the event).

The outfit is declared to be the outcome of a collaboration (very likely with another series, but what?) and so far only for the PS4. My speculation is that it will get possibly the same fate of the Ragnarok outfit for Kasumi, gifted in the end as free bonus for both PS4 and XBOX owners (not sure anyway of what will be the fate of the PC users...). Of course I expect that the costume will become available for all the users even outside the Festival.
How you can say it when 3 of the 4 costumes from DoA4 were also included in the 7 of DoA2U (or the other versions of DoA2)?
Anyway in the end it's all a matter of tastes as always: Ein has not so great outfits neither in my opinion, but with the exception of the reindeer outfit (that is perfect for trolling btw) actually I don't think that they are so bad, my problem is just that are so much different from what he used in the past and his new ones don't seem to me so memorable as his C1 from DoAD.
For my personal opinion the character with the worse vestiary in the game is Leifang, I'm not able to really like many of her costumes pre-LR (even if from the release of Last Round she got nice outfits in my opinion).

In DOA4 every male had only 4 costumes. Right? I remember having a giant buzzkill moment after realizing this in the game. DOA3 was the same way also. Even with the booster the guys had like 3 each, lol. But at that time, it was the norm. I blame DOA2U for spoiling me/us with all those costumes.

Because 2 of of the 4 costumes I didn't like in DOA2 either and because Karate Gi lost the wrist bandage wrapping which made the costume it's the same reason I hate DOA5s karate gi.
Also Ein had 9 costumes in doa2u 7 out of those 9 I liked.

The removal of the bandage(in both hands and foots) destroyed the costume for me.
And yeah, DOA2U costume selection for Ein was just great. But who doesn't have great costumes in that game?
