It's kinda similar to her half-fiend outfit from last Halloween DLC. Also Rachel got the best curves in the game (sorry not sorry Tina! u_U). Last but not least, because she isn't acting all slutty, but strong and composed, she can imho get away with dressing like a slut without looking like one.

I went on the official site for DOA5U to see if they had the halloween outfits on there and they haven't even updated it to have the "sexy" bunny outfits.
An hour before this was leaked I was admiring the detail and accuracy of the skeletal anatomy in this costume, yes it's revealing but the design is really well made and unique (at least to me it is). I knew Kasumi wouldn't get this, so i'm so glad it made it in the game and on my main ♥_♥

Completely agree! It's skimpy, yeah, and I personally didn't like it as part of the top ten or on Kasumi, but you definitely can tell a real and talented designer made this. Contrary to some other skimpy costumes of the top ten... This is how you do skimpy costumes right. Just like Blue Kimono Kasumi of the first contest.
You also can tell, a design is actually good, if Team Ninja's designers have to change next to nothing about the outfit. They are professional designers after all and they see, if something isn't quite right or just perfect the way it is.

Well, in term of "raw" anatomy, i can see a few "mistakes"... But really this was very well done. Given the fact that the thoracique cage go over her chest and still look pretty real, it's truly showing how well-mad this outfit was. It must have been a pain to do this XD.
As for this Halloween's dlc, i think it's a pretty good one. Way better than the last in my opinion. I'm just so disappointed in Kasumi's outfit... god... And not even speaking of mila's...
But i don't feel like ranting about this... Really, when i see that "our" community's designs made it in, i can't help but feeling happy.
Even if some look like crap, even if some are pure ctrlC/ctrlV, we can't forget that TN took some of "our" designs and made them real. I can't help but feeling happy, just about that fact.
That's why i think i'm going to buy all the "fan-made" one. I sure hate some (#ayanemypoorayane) but i'm going to thanks TN for their consideration.

I'll agree Mila got shafted harder than anyone by getting a direct copy and paste job from momiji's shitty toilet paper wrap last year but at least Leon's is actually unique from brads as far as actual clothing goes,it fits him more due to his brutal style suiting a big vicious angry werewolf as opposed to a playful drunken bum like brad. i'll be buying it with equipped shades mauling and ripping fools to shreds
Plus it reminds me of the main character of The wolf among us. which was one of my fave games of the year
the real question is why so many goddamn pirate outfits, brads is cool works well with eliots being official tag partners but genfu and ein getting one too is lame as hell especially eins which is just a recolor of brads with a captain's hat and eye patch slapped on

It wasn't a case of which they think will sell better, that might have been the motivation behind Kasumi's but not Mila's. Mila's was laziness/not having enough time

By the way for being exact the outfit of Mila is not exactly a copy paste of Momiji because the bandage is actually placed in a different way (I'm not talking only of the one on her hands, but even on her body and face). Then of course I agree that the difference is very minimal.
I continue to say that if realized differently and with better textures and a little more of originality, the mummy Momiji would have been much more good (even if actually I don't dislike it, but of course is far from being my favourite). In the design seems pretty nice to me (and not for the "kawaii" look of the character):

I like how it says "Not Phase-4" in the description.
Either way it's a shitty excuse for giving her a shitty costume, but in the end I think we shouldn't have an opinion beforehand. What I'm saying is we shouldn't really have expected anything specific. I'm agreeing with you tho'.

My guess is the 21st, all at once. I originally thought October 28th because it'd give them the most time to finish up all the costumes but apparently they're all already done.
Edit- looking back at the costumes, it looks like Pai's recolor actually has the bandeau under it
That irks me because I actually would have liked Leifang's if it had it.
