So, um...would anyone be against it if I actually attempted a DOA webcomic that focuses on the non Ninjas? though my sketches aside, this was my last attempt at a comic in PhotoShop, so I may need someone else to be artist.

Sounds great actually (but a ton of work!). My advice though would be to stay as close to canon as possible. What time period would the comic take place during?

possibly in the two year gap before 5 to explain the personality shifts? then keep it going on through 5, depicting things that happen off camera, I suppose.

Are we seriously expecting Asian people to not be racist? You guys have to remember that the vast majority of Asian countries are nothing but Asian. You can easily live your entire life without seeing someone of another race. That's the perfect environment to be racist, intentional or not (I'm assuming not).

Only if it's canonically feasbile (ie: no one is able to do anything without Ryu holding their hand the entire time).
