I think there will most likely be more characters after Phase 4.
(hypothetical) TN formula:
new character revealed and released to arcades-->players in Japan go to arcades while we
... --> said arcade exclusive character gets released to consoles and we buy him/her while another new character gets released exclusively to arcades leading to Japanese players staying at the arcades--> repeat.
It's a sick way to get $$$ but they know we're suckers and will fall for the trap every time.

I know I feel like they could make her more than just a Peach recolor. Glad that Rosalina made it in though. And yes in general characters with wings are severely lacking in fighters ("cough" "cough").

Start off in the art room. Knock someone into the door to go in the hallway. Power blow into the school nurse walking down the hall to get dragged and thrown out onto the roof. Cliffhanger off the roof after breaking the fence to fall into the courtyard. The courtyard is filled with lava.
