He probably won't be banned because he was never good. Where is my option to ban Sarah, Alpha, Helena, Ayane, and Mila because I don't particularly enjoy fighting them? That is silly notion and more unnecessary filters to prevent more matches.
They are everywhere. She is one of the few characters who is both popular offline in the competitive scene and online.

Yeah. I noticed that a while ago when I first created an alt account with a different "main" and never used Ryu. Ryus popped up way more than usual. Now when I pick that account, though, I don't see Hayabusa much. Could be coincidence, though.
Helena is popular on Xbox, but Sarah... I don't know if no one plays her or God is protecting me, but I only played 2 Sarahs online, 1 was by random and player had no idea about playing her.

Almost every Helena I've played either completely slaughtered me or didn't let me get a single hit in there is no in between.
you'd have the option to ban those characters as well. I loved being able to ban shotos qmd bosses. made me get sick of playing a lot less. I wish I could ban ayane. So sick of fighting just her all the time.
Whenever I rarely find an Ein, their spacing game is 100% better than mine and I whiff and get punched in the face a lot.
