Helena has already done the knee-length trousers + white leggings combo in her Deception III costume in 2/2U/Dimensions. She also has a Napoleonic-era costume in Dimensions.

Hayate in a Jedi cloak seems plausible.

Leon and Ein deserve schoolgirl outfits.

As long as they also get 4 underwear options. I'd buy that even if it's a ridiculous means for them just to get costumes.

She has been lacking her tennis outfits and lolita dresses so I suppose she needs something puffy.

I think the Hooters uniforms fits Tina more but then again, Hitomi wears Westernized clothes more so I guess it can pass (preferably with her hair up in a ponytail). I think Lisa, Mila and Sarah could also look great in those.
