To be honest, can you really say that at this point? When it comes down to it, since Dimensions, a lot of the 'ditzy' females have shown themselves to be surprisingly level-headed when the situation calls for it. Hell, even the Tifa-Colette fusion that is Kokoro. ...Maybe. Depends on how you interpret her reaction to finding Kasumi passed out on a bridge. Regardless, however, those three are really the only ones that fall under the 'ditzy' category. Beyond those four, most of the females in this game in particular, are quite serious almost all the time.

Oh dear god please no official poll, just look how the Tekken Revolution poll results turned out. Let the actual developers put in whoever they think is best for the game without any outside meddling from the "majority"

Milia only existed for one game. Let's see how long she lasts until the natural evolution known as "DoA ditz syndrome" inevitably happens to her. Arguably she had a "blonde" moment already when she left the camera on at a questionable angle as she showered.
