Need help on "While geting up, P+K"

This move is not in the command training.
It is the last move on the bottom of the first page of Leifang's command.

I can't get it to come out.
What is "while getting up"?
I tried having someone knocked me down, then P+K while Lei Fang getting up from the ground.
Nothing comes out. What does the move look like?

You need to be lying head first and face down.

That move is the one you think it is, her special wake up attack that leads into bt stance. I went through all 111 of her commands a second time and it wasnt even in the queue.
