You can download it now if you'd like on PSN it's been out for some time.

The only Vita exclusives were the cheerleader outfits, the paradise swimsuits (which you still needed to buy), and the training dummy outfits for the 4 ninjas. You'll get the training dummy outfits free on-disc for ultimate but you would still need to buy the other outfits.

Paradise was offered for both Vita and PS3. Getaway was more of a Vita-exclusive since it took time to become offered for PS3 along with the Cheerleaders.
