How do you tag online?

Ive been trying to figure how to invite my friend to partner up on tag online but i cant find it anywhere. Any help?

From a comment on Youtube, I was told the feature was removed to reduce lag....I really hope not.

Wow i hope this is not true but i bet it is. Kinda lame, taking away one of the best features. Can dr.dogg confirm this, worst I idea to take it away. Wish you could enable It or disable it, but I'm sure everyone likes partnering for online tag.

Would also like to know this. Been playing DOA since DOA2 (PS2) and partnered with my brother in DOA4 (we live in different towns). This is a huge part of the games longevity to myself.

I don't have the game yet so i can't tell, however judging from the posts in this forum its possible to tag up online but only in unranked matches.

Well the only unranked tag team mode is the lobby mode, and i still cant find it.
