It's funny how this is the first FG I've ever played online. I was playing SFII-SF3:TS, all Marvel games, some KOF and the CvS games a lot in arcades from 1992ish-2007. Even tried some tournaments (never placed high). I played 3D FGs: SC, Tekken & DOA, but never competitively.
I wish I'd tried 2D FGs online years ago, but I guess it's never too late. I really enjoy KOF13, BB & P4A. Living w/my boss & his family & working a job that almost never pays has really affected the amount of time I play (only when I visit my bro to play his PS3). Being 40, and having chronic pain in the face for years from an injury (I can't afford to get treated). I'm rambling now- I just wish there were less obstacles to ideal performance in FGs, but I guess we deal w/what we have.
Maybe things will improve in the future...soon.
