7P now being 100% guaranteed after 33p from farther range is still a good buff, honestly him getting guaranteed 3k into launcher from it was wishful thinking since he would get 90+points of guaranteed damage from a i16 high crushing sitdown stun on all weight classes.
8pp change now gives him a non-wall splatting mid 2in1 to go along 66pp which also gives him a wall launch into air throw on CH like 66pp does
Desert Falcon ukemi change doesn't really effect him. opponents could always tech it and avoid the ground throw follow up its just now Leon can't run up and retain frame advantage from them teching anymore
Overall he's definitely better now than before and still a beast

FURNITURE BURST!
The doesn't splat at walls after burst... well nothing does.. is that normal? This is like 144 NH so it's HELLA good also it's guaranteed give or take 2 frames on fastest stagger so ... lets just say guaranteed if you're on home i've gotten 203 NH by aiming the second throw into a wall and continuing.
On breakables knockback is removed (not sure if its for a set number of strikes or until launched). This has changed since vanilla because you could knock someone through breakable walls after knocking them into an object and the wall wouldn't actually break and make a structure that could only be teleported through.
According to the recently released patch notes for 1.05 Leon's 66T into the wall is gaining a damage buff from 10+20 (30) to 10+35 (45). Keep in mind it leads into Mount Position and interacts with both walls and floors.
it seems Leon has genfu's immunity to nerfs and has gotten nothing but buffs/improvements in every update. Adding an extra 15 points to his wall OH is pretty damn huge and improves on his already high damage output and makes his wall pressure even more deadly
