Actually DOA does have the flashes in addition to counter and hi-counter appearing on the screen. They are just not as pronounced as in VF.

Woo, I was right. From DB's stream , her 6T, 214T, and her T:pause:T all bounce including her low throws, but in her command list her near wall T shows up again (maybe TN forgot to take it out or TN reverted it back).

Going by what I've seen in DOA1, Lei could have a field day in the danger zone since of throws caused the danger bounce plus her moves that knockdown.
