    After K (the flip,) Ayane takes a million frames to recover, on block. This means that your opponent can basically do whatever throw he wants for free.

    It is just a very, very unsafe string.

    Tbh, If u ever want to get good at this game you're going to have to stick to one character and Master that character first. Also, u have to do some research on your own. You've been playing this game since it released and from what i can gather, u play quite often, so there's really no excuse for you to be complaining about you not being good. And having Core fighters isn't an excuse either

    That's what I try to do, but he's no amateur. He's had experience with DOA before. He's played doa3 so he knows what he' doing.

    If you're using Kasumi against Ayane, stay in her face as much as possible. Don't give her any space at all or she'll run her shit on you. If you're getting held too much, stop pushing buttons in predictable patterns and utilize free-cancels and delays.

    I swear trying to memorize just about all of your characters' moves is like trying to type w/o looking at the keyboard.

    I'd suggest you just run through Kasumi & Hitomi's command training once every time you get on. That's what I've done with Kokoro, Jacky, and Akira. You have to spend some time in the dojo just working on different setups or using most moves won't feel second nature, though.

    There are different levels, I think. For example, when using Leon, I don't use all of his moves (despite knowing their existence and frame data and inputs and all). Hayabusa, on the other hand, I literally do use every move in his movelist. But it wasn't always like that and it's been around 2 years of constantly playing the character to get where I am now.

    Focus first on your basics and fundamentals. Learn how to use those and get comfy with them. Then move on to branching out and expanding your game with their other moves.

    There are various reasons for it, but keep in mind that the site runs smooth, fast and completely ad-free almost entirely at the personal expense of Mr. Wah, with additional support only coming in from voluntary donations.
