Who has the upper hand between Leifang or Hitomi when fighting in Freedom Survivor?

Characters in some stages have upper advantages when it comes to it’s aspects but when it comes to Freedom Survivor, who has the upper hand between Leifang or Hitomi? Which parts of the stage if they fight from the top to the bottom of the stage do each have that can turn the tide in their favor? If fought in only one place of the stage, who would ideally win in each place? I am speaking of the story and gameplay POV.

I don’t see the point of the question I’m afraid and I’m not sure there would be any location on planet earth where Hitomi would win… including her Dad’s Dojo.
