Where can I get support service.

I'm having problems with some content I purchased for DOA, and I can't find a damn support service or contact list anywhere on their site.

I'd imagine you would have to call customer support through sony/xbox for something like that since its their service you purchased it through.

They said they were investigating the issue and to contact Team Ninja for farther assistants.

Not sure then. I doubt TN has a customer support page. Your best bet is to contact Tecmo Koei since they are the parent company.
