Me too, I like Taylor's new direction since it's like listening to her when I was in high school xD Anti Hero is definitely my favorite song atm, I almost got it tatted instead of the Kula one I got since I loved the lyrics so much♡

I also like I'm good since it's very refreshing to hear some factory EDM again. I remember when I was in high school and that was the big radio trend and now it's back, Bebe Reha with David is definitely a match made in heaven imo!

Male rap isn't my favorite but the beat, and that ringing "wuuuubb" sound that plays after the key parts gives me chills

also recommend def jam fight for new york for anyone who hasn't played it, its a ps2 game but one of the best, solid, darkest fighters you'll play, it has a solid cast of rappers and dancers and models AND you can play Carmen Electra and Kimora who I main(Carmen is OP high tier tho and Kimora is considered the worst in the game with Jacob being slightly better since he's a wrestler street fighter

Thought I'd share some new songs I like

I don't like Demi at all but they sound so good on the rock version of their Cool for the summer song:

Love Tinashe since she shares my birthday and her sound back then was dark pop which is my fave pop genre:

The beat to this is just downright evil and gets you moving xD:

Love this song, not a fan much of the comically overtly sexual songs but this definitely gives Sukihana a unique sound that doesn't rely on shock value lyrics

Started watching Euphoria officially for the first time(I only had watched YT clips) and this song stuck out


2:36 onwards until the next song shift is my favorite part, that entire part and build up with the sparkly synths and the quiet murmurs literally made me get goosebumps, and when I listened to it in private it made me cry because it's like a composition of your happiest ethereal moments mixed in with your worst painful ones...

I think the saddest thing about the song and its choice placement of being when Jules is in the rave is that it's probably the best song representation for the show itself, I'm on season 2 and I have yet to hear a song that's as emotionally draining yet fulfilling as this in particular

Some of my fave song choices when I started getting high and stressing less:

good days is literally my anxiety in a song, i heard it working at Ross and when I got high and listened to it, it felt like moths that were in my chest instantly left my body and it was such a relief, it's like the song was my inner release...

From Ross too, idk why but it's probably one of the darker, more somber songs I've heard. I listen to it when I work out

love this song down, Tinashe is always gonna be my favorite singer since she was born on my birthday, and it's like she manages to capture all of my darker, more clinical emotions into songs, it's like she understands me

Not actual music since it's from tekken 8, but I love it, it's literally the darkest, yet chillest and most menacing theme in Tekken 8 imo. 1:46 is literally so chilling since it captures that dark ambience I've yearned for in a tekken game. Tbh, I feel the OST as a whole in tekken 8 was definitely ahead of it's time since it goes the more hardcore, more no holds barred route that I didn't think Tekken would ever do. Tekken 7 had tracks like Negans, Fahk, and the other darker tracks that came close to that but it's like Tekken 8 is embracing the potential chaos

What's your thoughts on Katy's woman's world?


imo, i think Katy Perry needs to lose the lame, feminist political angle she's been doing in her video and music lately, it's not hitting because that's not her authentically or organically, especially if you've been a fan of her pre witness era, it comes off as forced imo.

Even the video imo I didn't like, it's like she's going for a feminist California Gurls visual and sound and I'm not feeling it, even the people on YT and social media aren't feeling it since the likes on YT are just barely on par with the dislikes.

I love Katy but I think she needs to find her own unique sound again since working with Dr. Luke who's obviously problematic isn't helping her.


On a positive note, here's some songs I've loved and gotten high too lately:


i love this song since its calm, meaningful, and it has a beautifully poetic yet dark element to the lyrics, it's like a cleaner Kill bill imo. I also loved post's vocals


I love this song since it sounds like a more western take on EDM from 2014. It's classic and Madison's dark Jennifer's body visuals completes the track


ive always loved Tinashe since she and i share the same birthday and her sound of choice is dark pop and darker music, but this song I loved since it's giving her the recognition she deserved since she's so talented, but more irrelevant artists somehow outshine her
