To be honest, I wasn't sure. It's hard to tell when people are joking over the internet. Especially when I've already seen so much stupidity on the Tengu subject.

Because saying you were there "from the beginning" implies that you were there from the beginning. Bankotsubo was the beginning, not Nyotengu. Also, I never said I hated Nyotengu and never planned to not play her. I was on board with her when she was announced because I knew she was replacing my character and therefore she now was my character.

I wasn't happy to lose Bankotsubo for her and I never will be, but I was happy to finally have my moveset back after two years of bs.

I'm not talking about her story in the tournament (I really don't give a shit about DOA's terrible story), but rather her personality during a fight. They both act arrogant and think they're hot shit. The only real deference I see is that Nyotengu also adds some flirtation to it.

This waifu shit is stupid as fuck though and I do not wish to continue it. Know that I have no real beef with you and let us just move on. I'd rather not anger the Izuna mod anyway.

I firmly believe that like 90% of the bandwagon fans of lady tengu are purely due to her licking her lip in her win pose.


Myself...she's meh. Like Marie rose she just seems like a generic stock anime archetype. In this case the standard haughty Japanese noblewoman. Nothing about her stands out to me.

I was there for HER from the beginning, I thought that was obvious, especially when you should know my feelings from Bankotsubo has NEVER changed since the beginning(I only remembered some of his attacks, quotes and look and that was only because I played DOA2 so much). I even only started caring more about him BECAUSE of her.

1. All fighting game stories(...Okay, Blazblue is TRYING to be different, Villain Sues be damned and the reboot of Mortal Kombat was pretty good from what I heard) are complete shit, doesn't stop me from enjoying DOA's.

2. Hey, even a small change can work for others, otherwise, I wouldn't love Juri Han so much...

3. The Waifu Wars will never end... I'm still fighting Nereus for Kasumi to this day.
