so...that should still average out to a+ right lol? I wanna know why his mount beatdown doesn't get bonus damage for all three punches on electrified floors like Milas does.

I like to view DOA5/U Eliot as TN intentionally making him the worst character in the roster only to level him up to Stier in DOA6 where he'll officially be using genfu's style.....

See he's weird, in a stage like dojo he's not that good and is literally the same level as bayman so i guess at that point on his tiers you have to calculate the amount of stages he could be threatening on
