Im late to the party, seems like there was a ton of activity yesterday due to Nyo, and especially the costumes in the 5FR trailer.

Dying to see Nyo in the game, won't be getting her right away, but deffo soon!

I know its been said a good few times already to grtz to the winners. I hope we get to see a ton more of the costumes in the game. The top 10 and the creators choices will be (as they received prizes(a form of unofficial payment)), but I would be over the moon if my entry made it in. It was the top Tina choice if the first competition and IMO, Tina needs more love!

Cant wait to see FR it looks like in action. Also, has anyone else wondered if there will be BRAND NEW characters (as in not DLC) like the way 5U brought in Momiji, Rachel and Jackie? We could see another VF character, and maybe 1 or 2 other TN staple faces.

Anyway, back more on topic (sorry), looking forward to Nyo...

DoA5U it was a remake of DoA5 and gave us 8 new characters:
  • 5 already included in disc and 3 DLC ones;
  • 3 guys and 5 girls;
  • 1 guest star from VF, 2 old DoA characters, 2 already known characters from NG, 3 new entries in the DoA family.
And so far 7 additional stages:
  • 3 from the NG series;
  • 3 from DoA3;
  • 1 being a (well made IMO) remake of a DoA3 stage already included in DoA5U.
In the next months, and then in the first year of life of DoA5LR, we will see if TN has the intention or less to make something similar even for this third remake.

I cannot see TN making DLC male newcomers.
But I wouldn't be surprised to see Donovan on disk, or a new male taking Raidou/Genra's moveset, to balance with the female newcomers.

Hah, "zenith". That's rich.

Ok then, I guess I'm set. I might snag some DLC and transfer them to next gen once (and this would take a while) I get PS4. I'm doing this with WO3U and DW8.

I wish Mila could have a "comeback stance".

She's on the ground, in whatever position. She quickly rolls and gets on her feet very fast, and can follow-up with several options that put the ennemy on the floor : a very fat punch, a very fat kick, a semi-takedown (doesn't get on the opponent, just make him fall by taking him by his feet).

The difference with a wake-up kick is that : she potentially makes more damage and she adds more pressure. Transition should be fast and somehow safe. The concept would be to give her a new individuality and design her character around the idea of "coming back", whatever happens to you.

(ground) :8::P::+::K: / :2::P::+::K: and then either :P: (fat punch), :K: (fat kick) or :F: (semi-takedown)

In that stance she could say "Time to turn the tables!". :mila:

I really wonder if they'll solely focus all their attention on the new gen consoles or are they going to treat both old and new gen consoles equally?
