I think I have solved the transparency issue! It dawned on me this morning that PNG files only carry data from the actual imagery and there is no natural white fill in. Decided to remove the image data on Phase-4's C2 with hood as an experiment and voila. The hood is gone
You can also see some of the work I'm doing on Lost World. Still lots to do. and figure out

In photoshop the png may open as a background layer. Right click on it and choose "Layer from background". This means there is no longer an actual background for data. You'll notice that once you start erasing there will no longer be white fill in but instead you'll see the grey and white checkerboard patternI'm confused, are you saying you just erased the hood texture? I tried that with certain things but it only turns them white. Only some of them disappear, like Kasumi's sailor skirt
Lost world at night....now who would've thought it would look that beautiful?I think I have solved the transparency issue! I may have to end up having to try that one. Can't seem to figure out how to remove or at least minimize the highlighting on the distant mountains in Lost WorldPersonally think ends of the earth would make for a better night stage than lost world.

I can save ya some time. In the case of Tina, there is no mesh for the top, it's all texture driven, meaning setting the texture to alpha will make most of the mesh disappear. Thanks! I'll try it now - Tina's secretary outfit has bra and panties underneath.
Awesome work on Lost World too!
Some of these changes are lookin' pretty good!

Your tron edit look awesome ^^Here's another shot of the transparency in play. I shortened and tattered up Phase4's C2 outfit.
Additionally I made some adjustments to her face texture for it. The default has the forehead a bit unfinished and dark to simulate a soft shadowing effect. I still need to clean it a bit but so far I've doubled it's resolution to 1024x2048, cleaned the forehead area, did some hand texturing around the hairline, and changed both her eye and eyebrow texture using some really HQ assets I have on my computerView attachment 9841 View attachment 9839 View attachment 9840
Part of the full challenge until we have full extraction/injection is working with 'alternate' textures. Some costumes like the school for example store the 'wet' image separately. You would have to update that one was well.Yeah just found out lol.
No luck with the schoolgirl outfit though? Must be doing something wrong? Output in game turns white. The PNG's are transparent (according to photo viewer)?
I'm assuming that it's the one next to the standard one yes? A bit darker? I erased that to and the bitmap - still white.Part of the full challenge until we have full extraction/injection is working with 'alternate' textures. @Baal bal That's good news.
