Hi,thats my first post and first mod 
Question :why i got a crashed when i do update(via umod) rigs torsotesxture:?
When i doo this with Akira nothing crashes and works smoothly :/.

No your hopes are dead. I looked at every boss file. Its literally but the same costume.Was looking through the extracted files and noticed some Boss files. Could be the models for the alpha clones for Hayabusa/Hayate

Tried to make a few skirts transparent but no luck, they just turn white. My software options are limited though, I don't have PS on this laptop and Gimp refuses to start :/

DOA can use TGA, however objects that have no transparency to begin with require editing beyond messing with the alpha layer.
Possible? Yes. With the current tools? No
With the eventual tools, will it be simple? No. If you want to use that same hairstyle and remove the headband, there will be a gaping mesh hole where the headband used to be.

That's a weird way to put it. It's from an open world Japanese action-adventure game that had QTE's.
haha I say that because I remember renting this game like wayyyyyy back, 2003? And I remember the cover character had the same outfit. As for gameplay all I remember was playing a run/chase sequence having me push buttons.
That Ryo mod is so cool! Did the modder change the skin tone and face textures too, or is it just the hair change that makes it look that way?Holy crap, someone made a Shenmue mod... for Jacky. Obviously Akira would've been better as Ryo, but he doesn't have a loose jacket + jeans outfit to mod.

eyelashes are like hair - partial transparency on low poly mesh, so you can change length etc. on hair (earlier question). looks to me like you messed up with either the eye shadow mesh or the eyeshine mesh, both of those are mostly transparent and surround the visible part of the eyeball. as for how to fix it...remove the offending texture
