It's not really that big of a deal, March is already jam packed and theres basically nothing coming out in June meaning it has more of a chance to sell better and will likely have more customizable options from get go rather than having patches a few weeks later etc.

Metallic costumes are part of the deluxe edition in the console version according to the trailer anyway

I meant arcade exclusive items, not the metal outfits XD and that's her T4 default outfit, one of my favorites!

Also regarding Tekken Jukebox, you can't use custom music anymore...

Explains alot Ive never played 4, 4 was around when I wasn't into fighters anymore and took a several year break

The fourth was the worst in the series imo, too dark but I loved the darker stages and most of the tracks. I still have my copy to this very day and play it every once in a while. I mainly play fighting games so I've grown up with the Tekken game and never looked back, it's my first fighting game but I didn't play seriously until Lili stole my heart!

Fan demand, just like how Jun and the Changs and capos will be. Since she's a DLC character, I wouldn't count on her being relevant story wise.
