Probably. I was checking Steam chart numbers shortly after VV released. There were more people playing VV than Tekken 7, SC6 and DOA 6 combined. And that's on a region-locked game that requires jumping through some hoops to get to work here in the west.

Accumulated Steam numbers are random varies and not a definite exact number. If you mean the communities as a whole, the other 3D fighter (such as Tekken) are quite massive. DOA6 however, it might be correct that VV has a bigger base and possibly more than SC6.
