Marcus Sellars, a reviewer and editor for several Nintendo online magazines feels confident enough to reveal that Soul Calibur 6 and a remaster of Dark Souls 1 will be present/playable at the Bandai Namco event on December 15th:

Is there any confirmation by Bandai Namco that there is indeed an event held on the 15th? I only see it handled as a rumor online. If there was indeed an event in just about a week shouldn't BN announce that at some point to get some attention and hype going?

As I said in 8WR the only event I know is Jump Festa (& Bamco will be there) 12/16-17.

So that big event on the 15th is probably made up, just as Soul Calibur 6 being playable there? :/ Why would someone ruin his rep like this? He's a game reviewer/editor, that won't look good in his resume...

Yeah, I wasn't a fan of Patroklos so I'll be happy seeing the focus move to another character instead of him.
I actually am more okay with Phyrra though.
Yeah like Nyte said if they bring back Setsuka then the play style will be in SC6, Plus it would be back with the original character that it was used by instead of a Patroklos version.

Setsuka needs to come back. She was too gorgeous and unique.
I will say that Patroklos and Pyrra were the most interesting newcomers in SCV in therms of storyline. I love how Soul Edge and Soul Calibur look in SCV. But yet they were no much more than a reskin from the originals, Sophitia, Cassandra and Setsuka, and that's sad and cheap.
So, we are not having nothing this weekend but next? Damn it.

IF SC6 is getting announced it won't be tomorrow at PSX since they're not doing an E3 style conference where they reveal trailers/games etc. this year for some reason.
Tonight is the most likely, and many think so because of something Geoff Keighley said which in context he meant the opposite lol so I won't be surprised if its a no show.
There's supposedly a Namco event on the 15th but there's nothing on that officially and Jump Festa is a few days after but idk what kind of thing that is.

Yep, it seems either tonight is the night or Jump Festa and that's it then for this year really. :/ I'm very sceptical about that rumored December 15th event. Wouldn't Bandai Namco have announced that already if it were true? It's in just one week.

Why is everyone trusting in this Marcus Sellars guy though? Does he have any credibility? The Namco Bandai event that he also predicts seems non-existent for now, which is weird, since it is apparently happening next week.
