Lol, there is nothing wrong with the new people. I actually like Xiba over Kilik and Lexia doesn't annoy as much as Xianguha. They should bring Talim back, however.

I know, I meant that it could be a reason to have every character, since the old characters would be alive and the same age they were 17 years ago, while the new characters will also be there in the past.

The lolicon force is strong in the SC world! Talim is destroying. Also, it looks like we'll never see Leixia again
With the timeskip nonsense though, I can understand why they cut Talim. Everyone would've just complained she's too old. I think it's a safe bet that if SC6 happens it will be set in the past!

A lot of us were Amy's age or younger when the older games came out. Lots of people miss Talim for her moveset.
I want Viola to come back at least, or her fighting style to come back. ZWEI has an interesting style too. I still feel SC5's biggest mistake was cutting out fighting styles, not necessarily characters. There could have still been new generation of characters with fighting styles of old characters that didn't make a comeback.

Honestly that's because Amy = Viola (almost). People were split. Amy/Viola as ONE character is way more popular...

How can you be disappointed of Amy's popularity, when she is part of the 1/3 of the most popular characters? With the exception of Tira, Zasalamel and Talim only absolute Soul Calibur icons come before her. I'm actually surprised, how popular she is. o . O

I think, Namco got the message with the outcome of this voting.
I also think, we can be pretty sure, that at least the top 20 will be part of the cast in Soul Calibur 6.I wanted to vote for Talim. I loved her in SC2! :3 But, as she was already winning by a long shot, I voted for Yun-Seong instead. Fortunately he made it into the top 20. He's so cool!
DOA needs a young, wild and good-natured rebel in it's cast too.

Well Cass got number 12, I hope that's good enough. Notice a lot of the new chars are pretty low on the list, which is what I expected tbh.
Its one of those things that doesn't need to be confirmed, like how Raidou is Honoka's Father, it's heavily hinted.
