Can I just say I can't stand Shut in otaku pandering characters?

What's the appeal? As someone who is pretty much a shut in I feel its too much.

I have to admit I never thought that maybe she was a pandering character but I guess she is in a way, I like her more just for her kinda somber personality and her like of video games.

Idk myself I just saw it on YT and had to save it. And I like murasaki because she seems so depressed and detached and sad and empty, yet she seems to become happy when she does something she enjoys. I looked it up and it seems she suffers from atypical depression too which I find relatable. I don't care for the shut in thing but I like the depressed and forced vibe of her personality, she's like Phase 4, Simone and Amy Sorel and Pyrrha whom I also like because they also seem depressed and detached

Even for Ryona, I sometimes feel the whole masochist act and genki thing she does is actually an act to hide her own unhappiness and sadness over the loss of her sister ryoki and over how Ryobi treats her. If that was actually the case I think I would like her even more since it would add complex depth to her character. But then again, I'm usually drawn to depressing things in general, be it music, characters, or environments

@Juihau are they still doing the weekly dlc for PBS like they did with EV? I was trying to look for dlc for PBS but couldn't find it.

EV didn't have weekly dlc in Japan. It was more like monthly.

Oh lol I got into EV pretty late so I missed that but Is there any regular dlc coming out for PBS? I think there was a first pack with props and stuff.

I hope they do, I wish they'd reveal when the release date is because Summer is arriving soon and we haven't heard it yet, If it comes out in the west quickly then maybe Sonico will come out a little bit before it comes here. I'm hoping there's still dlc coming out when it comes to the west. I don't know if there's an event where they'd reveal it?
