Thanks a lot for the tips. I extracted the effect tmc and tmcl. All the colors used by alpha is included in that one tmc file, how do I choose a specific color and include it in a costume mod for alpha herself? Is that possible?with lnk_reshuffle v3, you can extract alpha's effect tmc and tmcl. you can then extract the textures and try changing the textures colour to see if that works.
I have tried swapping the effects to another character, the aura did not appear
also, if you don't have the alpha ninja dlc, you can use that slot for the mod, and it wont cause issues with my pack.
Yep, it's possible with lnk_reshuffle, hayabusa's and bayman_face_helmet are both free slots, just swap with your face texture and with the DLC Tool specify the Face slot. Follow this guide http://w11.zetaboards.com/SFxT_Mods/topic/11149726/1/ to get the right number for the face slot.Can a character have more than one face? Heard something about Hayabusa having a free slot? Trying to do Harley Quinn, but I don't want the face to carry over to other costumes. I am guessing if it is possible, it'll be done through lnk_Reshuffle
got tired of trying to fix the last two transparency clothing issues. the minor ones were fixed, so I just removed the transparency on those 2.

1. add the 420702 folder to your DLC folder
2. add DLC###=420702 line to the ini file (### being the next available number)
3. chose a hair style from the hair files folder, and inject it into hayabusa's face using lnk_reshuffle
4. chose a face with glasses on or off from the face files folder, and inject it into bayman's helmet using lnk_reshuffle
optional
for multiple hair options
doing the steps above, both free slots are used up. if you wish to have more then one hair style at the same time,
you will have to choose something to sacrifice in its place. load the save state file with dlc tool and add in the new hairstyle(s).
(costume files in the costume files folder will have to be re-added for every costume since the file paths are most likely different then yours)
for glasses toggle
doing the steps above, both free slots are used up. if you wish to have glasses to be togglable, you must sacrifice something else to inject the other head in game,
and the toggle can only be done with hair selection, not the glasses selection. load the save state file with dlc tool and add in the new face

Ok, if Bayman's helmet is 44 and Marie's face is 64....would it be -20 or just 20? Or something entirely different? Lol
hello.sry, with that annoying heat wave going here the last days, i mostly avoided turning on my pc and adding more heat to my appartment. typical pc gamer's summer problems
though i tried gedesato, and it runs fine here (downsampling from 4k resolution). Looking at the source code though, it does seem to do some hooking of dinput8 itself. I'll try and see if we can just use another dll. just wait a little longer
hm, yep, doesn't work here as well. either the name mapping is wrong(i.e. MILA_COS_002 isn't the file actually used for the second costume) or the swapping doesn't work. needs some more investigation ...

yes, it is known. lnk_reshuffle can't handle the DLC costumes (it can't read the .blp files yet). That's why they show up as "not found". Plus the method I use to swap the files doesn't work with DLC costumes as DOA handles them differently.
Is there a way to add alpha green effect to another tmc ? i want to add alpha effect to kasumi in story mode

Thanks , i asked about the auras , it looks greatIf your talking about the auras, haven't figured that out. if your just talking about her glowing colour, its all in the --C file, but if its applied to any tmc that's not an original alpha tmc, the game crashes before that match starts.

This is my Harley, but without a proper workaround, her face carries on to her other outfits She's too high on the list to use Hayabusa's or Bayman's free slot.

Well, I thought that, too, so I tried to switch out phase 4....I injected Marie Rose's face into Phase 4 via lnk_Reshuffle and put the face down as face number "2" in DLC tool, but it didn't seem to make a difference other than Phase 4 having a Harley face and ALL of Marie Rose's costumes having it as well....I need to know what I did wrong. Phase 4's default face is 66 and Marie Rose's default face is 64...so shouldn't the face number be 2 in DLC Tool???looks great
btw, you dont have to sacrifice her her, you can sacrifice anyone after her that you don't like.
eg. for my gothic hitomi, I wanted to keep her original, but hayabusa face and bayman helmet were already used, so I figured, I never use raidou, don't care for him, he has 6, yes 6 different heads to use as slots. so I took advantage of him. I now have what I wanted for hitomi, and he now looks like this
