This was confirmed by Team NINJA on their facebook. It only affects PS3.

 

That Hayata/Phase4 bug on PS3 seems oddly specific. It just jumped out at me.

Type D for some reason doesn't use the same button layout as the PlayStation 3 version.

 

Well i cant transfer all my DLC Costums to my Ps4 in Germany .

The Safe data worked buut my bought DLC Costumes show up when i play against the Computer but not in the Store so i cant load them
