I will be the first to admit rig is a relatively high tier character. But its a slap to the face and laughable that people think lisa is higher than rig. Not to mention phase 4 is barely higher than bass. Ugh no. Just no. But in the end tiers don't determine wins over other characters, player styles do.

U coming up to nec matt?1) Rig's match up data has not been submitted.
2) Phase 4's match up data has not been submitted.
This is why I don't feel it should have been front page news, because only 1/3rd of the character match up data had been submitted and discussions between submissions left to be had. For the most part, people who I had reached out to were in agreement on submitted matchups between their characters, and discussions were had on a majority of the conflicts with a resolution.
You can always submit your thoughts on whatever character in the discussion thread.
Lisa is higher than Rig and all 3 VF characters. I'm surprised the Earth hasn't imploded.
While I don't necessarily believe in tiers (to some extent and varying from fighter to fighter.) I don't think this makes any sense. But to beat the dead horse yet again, we'll have DOA5LR to look forward to, I just hope a better job is done with creating that tier list. I wish more community members and top players/tournament players would partake in the discussions.
So, I was looking at the tier chart and discussions here, and it appears that Christie has no bad matchups???? That really seems a little too biased. Looks like the problem is that Kwiggle gave the input for that. I wonder if its less about the character and more about how skilled Quiggle is.
I mean, if you are the best DOA player in the US, does it really matter what character you are using?
I guess I would wonder if everyone actually agrees with that. Is the chart really about the character or more about the skill of the player. I guess it's hard to distinguish, as I just can't buy that a character has NO bad matchups, or that a character has NO good matchups (Eliot).
Edit: I also have to question how legit matchup data is when it's provided by 1 person, even if he did win a tournament with the character. If iTheApprentice wins TFC 2015 with Eliot for example, does that automatically make Eliot better.
