Honestly, after watching Seasons Beatings with the 3 out of 5 format, this game doesn't need a 3/5 format. I say keep it at 2/3.
4/7 is also too much for finals matches nowadays. Winners, Losers, and Grand Finals should be 3/5 though.

Its has always been the standard rule set for D.I.D. Since 2004 and has worked well for the event for the last 8 years.
Yes we plan to have a stream, I believe boom gorillas will be helping the event with the streaming. Of course like any other tournament, the event stream will stream several fights for all tournaments being hosted there. I will work on trying to get everyone a direct stream link since i believe there might be 2 or possibly 3 streams.

That was a different game and a different time. It's not uncommon to see 3/5, but it's all good. I just like having the extra match to mess around.
As of right now, I'm willing to take the chance to go. Hopefully I can make it because I look forward to meeting you guys & making more new friends. More importantly, get my state into the scenes & rep DOA. It's a working progress. So far I got my brother & 3 of my cousins into it.
