So Honoka, uh? Well, it could have been worse. I actually like the design of this character, if her gameplay is interesting, I may give her a chance.

While I'm not happy with her design, I do love this outfit. It's so much my style.

Honoka as character seems pretty nice to me, however in the end she is a mimic character as Raidou, even if she appear to fight completely different from the DoA1 Boss. In the end I believe that they gave to her a different set of stolen moves from the dark Ninja, of couse implemented with new personal ones of the girl. Congratulations even on everyone supposing that the glove was part of the character's background, seems just that it include special skils. Also, her hairstyle is actually really different from Marie's one of what could appear in that leaked picture.

Honoka has a strange knack for instantly learning any fighting move she sees. She has kept this power hush-hush, but has been itching to test it out in secret.
Honoka studies her favorite moves from various sources and fighting styles, and combines them into a unique style which she calls "Honoka Fu". Since her build is that of an average teenage girl, her moves, while skilled, may not always pack the same punch as the fighter she learned them from.
In her Hissatsu-no-Kamae stance, however, she is imbued with an unbelievable strength and becomes capable of techniques she has never seen from any other fighter.

I knew she'd basically be a female Raidou, oh well I'll give her a try out still never know plus I'm still searching for a Fem sub to Ein so I'll test the watrers out.
I love the skutt shirt costume also, and OMG that J-pop theme though xD

Gentlemen, I have three thoughts on this.
1. I want to saw my ears off.
2. Yay. Another copy character. Released at the same time.
3. At the very least, she seems to be copying stances instead of singular moves. That part alone makes her more fun than average, but I am still pissed off.

I don't play many characters except Kasumi and Kokoro, but I kinda see her copying Hitomi's P+K,PP move. What other moves did she copy? Something from Jann Lee and Tina too? Can anyone spot any original moves?
I'm quite disappointed. Her design is so great but what's up with the copied moves. =(
