I haven't had much anger playing video games, but do have it in other areas of life at times.
We all have different minds, health factors & emotional states, but personally-
I try to put things in perspective. Who or what am I angry with? How big of a deal is it really? Is the anger justified?
A competitive hobby (despite it having realistic, sweet looking ladies, etc. getting beat down XD) ranks way lower than a person close to you insulting & threatening you.
Compared to assault by a person who mugs you, messing up your jaw for a long time.
Or being angry at yourself for something foolish you've done, and needing to live w/the consequences. (ouch)
Though needed, even then, the anger shouldn't stay longer than it needs to so you can live a healthy life.
